As a member of the Southwest Missouri Association of Volunteer Administrators, you will be a part of a challenging and growing organization composed of professionals in volunteerism.

You will be able to learn by sharing knowledge and exptertise with an area-wide network of peers.

SMAVA members receive a newsletter and attend monthly meetings, conferences and trainings. A volunteer fair is also held annually in the fall. Your organization will also be featured in the resource directory available through the Springfield-Greene County Library District and this website

Active members also have the right to vote, chair committees and serve as officers.

Anyone actively involved in volunteerism in Missouri is eligilble to join SMAVA!

Membership Fees:

You can enjoy all of the benefits of being a SMAVA member for only $40 a year. This membership fee also includes a reserved booth at the annual fall volunteer fair.
